Meet Our Founder/CEO
Uchenna is the CEO and lead designer of Ivy League Collections ltd, a contemporary and traditional textile inspired interior design and soft furnishing company based in Lagos Nigeria. Uchenna hopes to improve the fabric waste management and sustainability working with the relevant government agencies in Nigeria whilst continuing to train at risk young women in distinct parts of Nigeria to improve self-sufficiency and working culture for women. Uchenna provides tailored training sessions for business owners and the hospitality industry, equipping them with strategies to enhance their circularity processes and promote sustainability.
Uchenna discovered that busy employees and urban dwellers in Nigeria lacked organized hubs where soft furnishing products could be bought. She saw the need for an organized interior design production space offering tailored skill sets for the growing numbers of unemployed young women and artisans. Uchenna believes the human mind is most productive in beautiful spaces.

Happily married with four young adults and a nature lover. A fitness Enthusiast and healthy lifestyle advocate. I support and lend my voice to creating awareness on early detection of Breast Cancer and support NGO’s doing such with fund raising and other assistance.
I believe life is a blessing and love should be showered like confetti.
Achievements and Certificates:
Uchenna holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Walden University and is a Goldman Sachs Growth Fellow. She is an alumna of the Bettany Center for Entrepreneurship at Cranfield University, UK, as well as the Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship at Santa Clara University. Additionally, Uchenna successfully completed the Bank of America training at Cornell’s certificate program titled “Women’s Entrepreneurship,” and completed the “Road to Women’s Business Growth” program in partnership with the Cherie Blair Foundation and Enterprise Development Centre in Lagos, Nigeria. A Fellow of Vital Voices GAP Program, the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) and African women Entrepreneurship Cooperative (AWEC). She serves as the Nigerian ambassador for ImpactHER, channeling her passion for impact-driven initiatives. Furthermore, she is a certified Marriage counselor, pre-marriage course facilitator, and Youth mentor for the Catholic Archdiocese of Lagos.
